Eine offene Standgestaltung ist erwünscht, vor den Standaufbauten
sollen möglichst Exponate präsentiert werden.
Den Standbau und die Abtrennung vom Standnachbarn
muss der Aussteller selbst beauftragen.
Trennwände und Kabinen für Stände in den Hallen können
über das Service-Angebot bestellt werden.
Der Veranstalter kann Ausnahmen von den Standgestaltungsrichtlinien
genehmigen.
Alles über Logos und Schriften
in den Hallen und im Freigelände:
Sowohl der Abstand der Logos und Schriften von den
Standgrenzen als auch die maximale Höhe richten sich nach
den Bauhöhen.
Werbeaussagen auf Standwänden, die sich an der Grenze
zum Nachbarstand befinden, dürfen an der dem Nachbarn
zugewandten Seite nicht, auch nicht auf Ausstellungsgegenständen,
angebracht werden.
Es gibt keine Größenbegrenzung von Werbeaussagen auf
dem Stand.
Der horizontale Einsatz von Logos (z. B. auf Deckensegeln)
über der ganzen Standfläche ist gestattet. (Bitte beachten
Sie dabei das Thema „Geschlossene Decken in Messeständen
– was muss ich beachten?“, S. 32)
Welche Abstände von den Standgrenzen sind
einzuhalten?
In der Halle:
Standaufbauten über 1 m bis zu einer Höhe von 3,50 m
(durchsichtig oder undurchsichtig):
– dürfen direkt auf alle gemeinsamen Standgrenzen zum
Nachbarn gebaut werden.
– dürfen direkt auf alle Standgrenzen zum Gang gebaut
werden, wenn dabei nicht mehr als 50% der Länge einer
Standgrenze bebaut wird.
– müssen einen Abstand von 1 m zur Standgrenze zum
Gang haben, wenn mehr als 50% der Länge einer Standgrenze
bebaut werden soll.
– Deckenkonstruktionen dürfen über die gesamte Standfläche
gebaut und Blenden an Deckenkonstruktionen
direkt über den Standgrenzen angebracht werden. (Bitte
beachten Sie dabei das Thema „Geschlossene Decken in
Messeständen – was muss ich beachten?“, S. 32)
Standaufbauten über einer Höhe von 3,50 m (durchsichtig
oder undurchsichtig):
– dürfen nur in den in den Hallenplänen markierten Bereichen
gebaut werden.
– müssen einen Abstand von 3 m zur Standgrenze zum
Gang haben, wenn kein markierter Bereich angegeben
ist.
– dürfen direkt auf alle gemeinsamen Standgrenzen zum
Nachbarn gebaut werden (3 m-Abstand zum Gang ist
trotzdem einzuhalten).
– Der Nachbar muss über die Bauweise informiert werden,
die Rückwand ist neutral, einfarbig und sauber zu verkleiden.
– Deckenkonstruktionen dürfen über die gesamte Standfläche
gebaut werden. (Bitte beachten Sie dabei das Thema
„Geschlossene Decken in Messeständen – was muss
ich beachten?“, S. 32)
An open stand design is desirable. Exhibits should be presented
in front of the stand structures.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to arrange the construction
of the stand and its demarcation from neighbouring
stands.
Partitions and booths for stands indoors may be ordered via
the Service folder.
The organiser may approve exceptions from the stand
design guidelines.
Logos and signage
indoors and outdoors:
Both the distance of the logos and signage from the stand
boundaries and their maximum height are based on the construction
heights.
Advertising on stand walls forming the boundary with the
neighbouring stand may not be mounted on the side
facing the neighbour.
There is no size limit for advertising on the stand.
The horizontal use of logos (e.g. on roof coverings) across
the entire stand area is permitted. (Please note in this regard
the section on “Closed ceilings on fair stands – what do I
have to bear in mind?”, p. 32)
What gaps must be left from the stand
boundaries?
Indoors:
Stand structures over 1 m up to a height of 3.50 m (transparent
or non-transparent):
– may be built right up to all common stand boundaries
with adjacent stands.
– may be built right up to all stand boundaries with the
aisle provided not more than 50% of the length of a stand
boundary is built on.
– must have a gap of 1 m from the stand boundary to the
aisle if more than 50% of the length of a stand boundary
is to be built on.
– roof structures may be built across the entire stand
area, and screens may be mounted on roof structures
directly above the stand boundaries. “Closed ceilings on

Stand structures above a height of 3.50 m (transparent or
non-transparent):
– may only be built in the areas marked in the hall plans.
– must have a gap of 3 m from the stand boundary to the
aisle.
– may be built right up to all common stand boundaries to
the neighbour (the 3 m gap from the aisle must nevertheless
be observed).
– The neighbour must be advised of the construction
method, and the rear wall must be clad such that it is
neutral, in one colour and clean.
