Article 220<br />

Destroying voting documents<br />

1. Whoever destroys, conceals, damages or takes the voting slip or any other object or<br />

document related to the election or referendum shall be punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> one<br />

(1) to three (3) years.<br />

2. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article is committed by a<br />

member <strong>of</strong> the Election Commission or any other person abusing his or her duties,<br />

position or authorizations related to elections, the perpetrator shall be punished by<br />

imprisonment <strong>of</strong> three (3) to five (5) years.<br />

CHAPTER XIX<br />

CRIMINAL OFFENSES AGAINST LABOUR RELATIONS RIGHTS<br />

Article 221<br />

Violating rights in labour relations<br />

Whoever knowingly fails to comply with the law or a collective contract relating to<br />

employment or termination <strong>of</strong> labour relations; salaries or other income; the length <strong>of</strong><br />

working hours, overtime work or shift work; vacation or absence from work; or, the<br />

protection <strong>of</strong> women, children or disabled persons, and thereby denies or restricts the<br />

rights to which an employee is entitled shall be punished by a fine or by imprisonment <strong>of</strong><br />

up to one (1) year.<br />

Article 222<br />

Violating rights <strong>of</strong> employment and unemployment<br />

1. Whoever denies or restricts the right <strong>of</strong> persons to employment under equal conditions<br />

which have been determined by law shall be punished by a fine or by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up<br />

to two (2) years.<br />

2. Whoever fails to abide by the law on the rights <strong>of</strong> the unemployed and in this way<br />

denies or restricts the rights to which they are entitled shall be punished as provided for in<br />

paragraph 1. <strong>of</strong> this Article.<br />
