2. When the <strong>of</strong>fense in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in light bodily harm to a person<br />
or damage <strong>of</strong> five thousand (5,000) EUR or more to property, the perpetrator shall be<br />
punished by a fine or by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> six (6) months to five (5) years.<br />
3. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in grievous bodily<br />
injury to any person or damage <strong>of</strong> twenty thousand (20,000) EUR or more to property,<br />
the perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> one (1) to eight (8) years.<br />
4. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in the death <strong>of</strong> one<br />
or more persons, the perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> three (3) to twelve<br />
(12) years.<br />
Article 380<br />
Endangering public traffic by dangerous acts or means<br />
1. Whoever destroys, removes or damages installations, equipment, signs or signals<br />
designed for traffic safety, or gives erroneous signs or signals or places obstacles on<br />
public roads or in any other manner endangers human life or physical safety shall be<br />
punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to three (3) years.<br />
2. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in light bodily<br />
harm to a person or considerable damage to property, the perpetrator shall be punished by<br />
a fine or by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> six (6) months to five (5) years.<br />
3. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in grievous bodily<br />
injury or substantial damage to property, the perpetrator shall be punished by<br />
imprisonment <strong>of</strong> one (1) to eight (8) years.<br />
4. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in the death <strong>of</strong> one<br />
or more persons, the perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> three (3) to twelve<br />
(12) years.<br />
5. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article is committed by<br />
negligence, the perpetrator shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to one (1)<br />
year.<br />
6. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 5 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in light bodily<br />
harm to a person or considerable damage to property, the perpetrator shall be punished by<br />
a fine or by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to three (3) years.<br />
7. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 5 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in grievous bodily<br />
injury or substantial damage to property, the perpetrator shall be punished by<br />
imprisonment <strong>of</strong> six (6) months to five (5) years.<br />
