23.3. who are the parents <strong>of</strong> a common child.<br />
24. Extramarital Community - a relationship as defined by the Law on Family.<br />
25. Territory <strong>of</strong> the Republic <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kosovo</strong> - the land surface and water space within its<br />
borders and boundaries, as well as the air space above the Republic <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kosovo</strong>.<br />
26. Boundary <strong>of</strong> the Republic <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kosovo</strong> - the line <strong>of</strong> division between the territory <strong>of</strong><br />
the Republic <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kosovo</strong> and the territories <strong>of</strong> its neighboring countries.<br />
27. State border - the land, water and air border including airports that are handling<br />
international traffic.<br />
28. Damage - any loss up to five thousand (5,000) EUR.<br />
29. Considerable damage or considerable loss - any loss <strong>of</strong> more than five thousand<br />
(5,000) EUR up to fifteen thousand (15,000) EUR.<br />
30. Grave damage, substantial damage, or substantial loss - any loss <strong>of</strong> more than<br />
fifteen thousand (15,000) EUR up to fifty thousand (50,000) EUR.<br />
31. Large scale damage, large scale destruction or large scale loss - any loss <strong>of</strong> more<br />
than fifty thousand (50,000) EUR.<br />
32. Dangerous instrument - any object made or used to inflict bodily injury on a person<br />
or to threaten to cause injury to a person.”<br />
33. Member <strong>of</strong> the family - a spouse, parent, adoptive parent, child, adoptive child,<br />
sibling, blood relative living in the same home or a person with whom the perpetrator<br />
lives in an extra-marital communion.<br />
34. Material benefit - any property derived directly or indirectly from a criminal <strong>of</strong>fense.<br />
Property derived indirectly from a criminal <strong>of</strong>fense includes property into which any<br />
property directly derived from the criminal <strong>of</strong>fense was later converted, transformed, or<br />
intermingled, as well as income, capital or other economic gains derived or realized for<br />
such property at any time since the commission <strong>of</strong> the criminal <strong>of</strong>fense.<br />
35. Narcotic drug paraphernalia - any equipment, product, or material <strong>of</strong> any kind<br />
which is primarily intended or designed for use in manufacturing, compounding,<br />
converting, concealing, producing, processing, preparing, injecting, ingesting, inhaling,<br />
or otherwise introducing into the human body a drug. It includes, but is not limited to,<br />
items such as metal, wooden, glass, stone, plastic, or ceramic pipes with or without the<br />
