9. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 6 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in the death <strong>of</strong> one<br />
(1) or more persons, the perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> one (1) to eight<br />
(8) years.<br />
Article 366<br />
Destroying, damaging or removing public installations<br />
1. Whoever destroys, damages or removes installations or equipment for electricity, gas,<br />
water, heating, communications, sewage, environmental protection, pipelines, underwater<br />
cables, dams or other similar equipment and in this way causes a disturbance to the<br />
supply <strong>of</strong> services to the population or to the economy shall be punished by imprisonment<br />
<strong>of</strong> up to five (5) years.<br />
2. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article is committed by<br />
negligence, the perpetrator shall be punished by a fine or by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to one<br />
(1) year.<br />
3. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in grievous bodily<br />
injury or substantial damage to property, the perpetrator shall be punished by<br />
imprisonment <strong>of</strong> one (1) to eight (8) years.<br />
4. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in the death <strong>of</strong> one<br />
or more persons, the perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> three (3) years up<br />
to twelve (12) years.<br />
5. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 2 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in grievous bodily<br />
injury or substantial damage to property, the perpetrator shall be punished by<br />
imprisonment <strong>of</strong> six (6) months up to five (5) years.<br />
6. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 2 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in the death <strong>of</strong> one<br />
or more persons, the perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> one (1) to eight (8)<br />
years.<br />
Article 367<br />
Destroying, damaging or removing safety equipment and endangering work place<br />
safety<br />
1. Whoever destroys, damages or removes safety equipment in any workplace and thus<br />
endangers human life or causes material damage to property shall be punished by<br />
imprisonment <strong>of</strong> one (1) to eight (8) years.<br />
2. Whoever is responsible for workplace safety and health in any workplace and who<br />
fails to install safety equipment, fails to maintain such equipment in working condition,<br />
fails to ensure its use when necessary or fails to comply with provisions or technical rules<br />
