2. Whoever provides legal assistance without qualifications, licensing or in any other<br />

manner contrary to law shall be punished by a fine or by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to three (3)<br />

years.<br />

3. Whoever commits the <strong>of</strong>fense in paragraphs 1 or 2 <strong>of</strong> this Article for remuneration<br />

shall be punished by a fine and by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to five (5) years.<br />

4. For the purposes <strong>of</strong> this law “legal assistance” shall be defined as set forth in the Law<br />

on Bar.<br />

Article 420<br />

Disrupting religious ceremonies<br />

1. Whoever unlawfully disrupts or prevents a religious ceremony from taking place shall<br />

be punished by a fine or by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to one (1) year.<br />

2. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1<strong>of</strong> this Article is committed by the use <strong>of</strong><br />

force or serious threat, the perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> three (3)<br />

months to three (3) years.<br />

Article 421<br />

Damaging graves or corpses<br />

1. Whoever without authorization excavates, digs, demolishes, removes, damages,<br />

destroys or violates a grave or some other place <strong>of</strong> burial shall be punished by a fine or by<br />

imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to one (1) year.<br />

2. Whoever, without authorization removes, damages, destroys or hides a corpse, part <strong>of</strong><br />

a corpse or the ashes <strong>of</strong> the deceased shall be punished by a fine or by imprisonment <strong>of</strong><br />

up to three (3) years.<br />

Article 422<br />

Abusing <strong>of</strong>ficial position or authority<br />

1. An <strong>of</strong>ficial person, who, by taking advantage <strong>of</strong> his <strong>of</strong>fice or <strong>of</strong>ficial authority, exceeds<br />

the limits <strong>of</strong> his or her authorizations or does not execute his or her <strong>of</strong>ficial duties with<br />

the intent to acquire any benefit for himself or another person or to cause damage to<br />
