1.1. aggravated murder;<br />
1.2. murder;<br />
1.3. assault with grievous bodily injury;<br />
1.4. any <strong>of</strong>fense in violation <strong>of</strong> Chapter XIV-<strong>Criminal</strong> Offenses against the<br />
Constitutional Order and Security <strong>of</strong> Republic <strong>of</strong> the Republic <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kosovo</strong>;<br />
1.5. any <strong>of</strong>fense in violation <strong>of</strong> Chapter XV-<strong>Criminal</strong> Offenses against Humanity<br />
and Values Protected by International Law;<br />
1.6. any <strong>of</strong>fense in violation <strong>of</strong> Chapter XX-<strong>Criminal</strong> Offenses against Sexual<br />
Integrity;<br />
1.7. any <strong>of</strong>fense in violation <strong>of</strong> Chapter XXXIV-<strong>Criminal</strong> Offenses against<br />
Official Duty;<br />
1.8. any <strong>of</strong>fense in violation <strong>of</strong> Chapter XXIII-Narcotics Offenses;<br />
1.9. any <strong>of</strong>fense in violation <strong>of</strong> Chapter XXX-Weapons Offenses.<br />
2. An <strong>of</strong>ficial person or a responsible person who fails to report a criminal <strong>of</strong>fense he or<br />
she has discovered in the exercise <strong>of</strong> his or her duties shall be punished as provided for in<br />
paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article, if such <strong>of</strong>fense is punishable by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> at least three<br />
(3) years.<br />
3. Except for <strong>of</strong>fenses involving child abuse and domestic violence, a person is not<br />
criminally liable under this Article if he or she is related to the perpetrator <strong>of</strong> the criminal<br />
<strong>of</strong>fense as the parent, child, spouse, sibling, adoptive parent or adopted child or person<br />
with whom the perpetrator lives in an extra-marital communion.<br />
Article 387<br />
Failure to inform <strong>of</strong> a person indicted by the international criminal tribunal<br />
1. Whoever, having knowledge <strong>of</strong> the indictment and whereabouts <strong>of</strong> a person indicted<br />
by the international criminal tribunal and fails to report such whereabouts, although the<br />
timely discovery <strong>of</strong> the wanted person depends on such report, shall be punished by a fine<br />
or by imprisonment for a term up to three (3) years.<br />
2. A person is not criminally liable under this Article if he or she is related to the<br />
perpetrator <strong>of</strong> the criminal <strong>of</strong>fense as the parent, child, spouse, sibling, adoptive parent or<br />
adopted child or person with whom the perpetrator lives in an extra-marital communion.<br />
