Article 410<br />
Attacking <strong>of</strong>ficial persons performing <strong>of</strong>ficial duties<br />
1. Whoever attacks or seriously threatens to attack an <strong>of</strong>ficial person, judge, prosecutor<br />
or a person who assists in performing <strong>of</strong>ficial duties related to public security or the<br />
security <strong>of</strong> the Republic <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kosovo</strong> or maintaining public order shall be punished by<br />
imprisonment <strong>of</strong> three (3) months to three (3) years.<br />
2. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in light bodily<br />
injury to the <strong>of</strong>ficial person or his or her assistant or involves a threat to use a weapon or<br />
dangerous instrument, the perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> six (6)<br />
months to five (5) years.<br />
3. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article, results in grievous bodily<br />
injury to the <strong>of</strong>ficial person or his or her assistant, the perpetrator shall be punished by<br />
imprisonment <strong>of</strong> one (1) to ten (10) years.<br />
4. When the perpetrator <strong>of</strong> the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraphs 1, 2 or 3 <strong>of</strong> this Article<br />
is provoked by the unlawful or brutal action <strong>of</strong> the <strong>of</strong>ficial person, the court may mitigate<br />
the punishment.<br />
Article 411<br />
Call to resistance<br />
1. Whoever calls upon others to resist against or disobey lawful decisions or measures<br />
issued by a competent authority or an <strong>of</strong>ficial shall be punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to<br />
three (3) years.<br />
2. If the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in a severe hindrance<br />
or the impossibility <strong>of</strong> implementing a lawful decision, measure or <strong>of</strong>ficial action, the<br />
perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> six (6) months to five (5) years.<br />
Article 412<br />
Participating in a crowd committing a criminal <strong>of</strong>fense and hooliganism<br />
1. Whoever participates in an assembled crowd <strong>of</strong> more than eight persons which by<br />
collective action deprives another person <strong>of</strong> his or her life, inflicts a grievous bodily<br />
injury on another person, causes a general danger, causes damages <strong>of</strong> twenty thousand<br />
(20,000) EUR or more to property or commits other <strong>of</strong>fenses <strong>of</strong> grave violence,<br />
punishable by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> at least five (5) years or attempts to commit such<br />
<strong>of</strong>fenses, shall be punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> six (6) months to five (5) years.<br />
2. The organizer <strong>of</strong> the crowd referred to in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article shall be punished<br />
by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> two (2) to ten (10) years.<br />
