2.9. expulsion <strong>of</strong> a foreigner from the territory <strong>of</strong> the Republic <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kosovo</strong>.<br />

3. The accessory punishment <strong>of</strong> a prohibition on driving a motor vehicle, or confiscation<br />

<strong>of</strong> an object may be imposed together with a suspended sentence, a judicial admonition or<br />

a waiver <strong>of</strong> punishment.<br />

Article 63<br />

Deprivation <strong>of</strong> right to be elected<br />

The court shall deprive a perpetrator <strong>of</strong> the right to be elected for one (1) to four (4)<br />

years, if such person, with the intent <strong>of</strong> becoming elected, commits a criminal <strong>of</strong>fence<br />

against voting rights or any other criminal <strong>of</strong>fence for which a punishment <strong>of</strong> at least two<br />

(2) years imprisonment is provided.<br />

Article 64<br />

Order <strong>of</strong> restitution or compensation<br />

1. The court, when sentencing a person who has been convicted <strong>of</strong> any <strong>of</strong>fense involving<br />

the theft, loss, damage or destruction <strong>of</strong> property shall order that the perpetrator make<br />

restitution to the victim <strong>of</strong> the <strong>of</strong>fense.<br />

2. Restitution includes the costs equal to the value <strong>of</strong> any property stolen, lost, damaged<br />

or destroyed. Restitution shall also be ordered for any loss <strong>of</strong> income the victim<br />

experiences as a result <strong>of</strong> the <strong>of</strong>fense and the related investigative and court proceedings.<br />

Article 65<br />

Prohibition on exercising public administration or public service functions<br />

1. The court shall prohibit a perpetrator from exercising public administration or public<br />

service functions for one (1) to five (5) years after the punishment <strong>of</strong> imprisonment has<br />

been served, if such person has abused these functions and has been punished by<br />

imprisonment.<br />

2. The court may prohibit a perpetrator from exercising public administration or public<br />

service functions for one (1) to three (3) years, if such person has abused these functions<br />

and has been punished by fine or suspended sentence.<br />
