5. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in the death <strong>of</strong> one<br />
or more persons, the perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> not less than ten<br />
(10) years.<br />
6. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 2 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in the death <strong>of</strong> one<br />
or more persons, the perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> one (1) to eight (8)<br />
years.<br />
7. Whoever pollutes with any noxious substance the food <strong>of</strong> animals which are destined<br />
for human consumption and thereby endangers human life or health shall be punished by<br />
a fine or by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> three (3) months to one (1) year.<br />
8. When the <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 5 <strong>of</strong> this Article results in the death <strong>of</strong><br />
animals <strong>of</strong> a value exceeding five thousand (5,000) EUR or the death <strong>of</strong> a large number<br />
<strong>of</strong> animals, the perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to three (3) years.<br />
Article 272<br />
Serving alcoholic beverages to persons under the age <strong>of</strong> sixteen years<br />
1. Whoever, in a hotel, bar or any other store in which alcoholic beverages are sold,<br />
serves alcoholic beverages to a person under the age <strong>of</strong> sixteen (16) years shall be<br />
punished by a fine or by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to six (6) months.<br />
2. When the criminal <strong>of</strong>fense provided for in paragraph 1 <strong>of</strong> this Article is committed by<br />
negligence, the perpetrator shall be punished by a fine or by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> up to three<br />
(3) months.<br />
CHAPTER XXIII<br />
NARCOTIC DRUG OFFENSES<br />
Article 273<br />
Unauthorised purchase, possession, distribution and sale <strong>of</strong> narcotic drugs,<br />
psychotropic substances and analogues<br />
1. Whoever, without authorization purchases, possesses with the intent to sell or<br />
distribute or <strong>of</strong>fers for sale substances or preparations which have been declared by law<br />
to be narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or analogues shall be punished by a fine<br />
and by imprisonment <strong>of</strong> two (2) to eight (8) years.<br />
2. Whoever, without authorization, distributes, sells, transports, delivers, brokers,<br />
dispatches or dispatches in transit substances or preparations which have been declared<br />
by law to be narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or analogues, with the intent that<br />
