published version.

handmade paper, with presentation, Joyce's hand in ink: "To Sylvia
Beach in token of gratitude James Joyce Paris 13 February
1922." (Also attached, grey envelope addressed in Joyce's hand in
ink, "Miss Sylvia Beach/ Shksp.")
Contents: Parody of William Shakespeare's "Who is Sylvia? What is
she . . .," honoring Sylvia Beach, the publisher of Ulysses. Fair
copy. Line 4 of MS. varies slightly from published version.
Dating: February 1922.
