glabrous, sparsely to moderately punctate,<br />

with moderate punctures. Marginal bead<br />

weak laterally, absent apically and basally.<br />

Elytron: Surface glabrous; longitudinal striae<br />

weakly impressed; intervals sparsely punctate.<br />

Suture rounded apically, without spine.<br />

Pygidium: Width approximately 2.1 times<br />

length medially. Surface weakly convex,<br />

densely punctate; punctures moderate with<br />

setae, setae short, tawny. Venter: Thorax moderately<br />

setose, setae tawny. Mesothoracic process<br />

strongly produced, projecting anteriorly<br />

to protrochanter; shape triangular, apex<br />

weakly rounded, dorsoventrally flattened.<br />

Abdomen sparsely setose. Apical spiracles not<br />

extruding. Legs: Protibia with 3 teeth in apical<br />

half; 2 apical teeth subequal in size, third<br />
