Denmark signed the UN Convention Against Transnational Organized Crime on 12 December 2000, but<br />

as yet, and ratified the Convention on 30 September 2003. It signed the Trafficking Protocol on<br />

12 December 2000, and ratified the Protocol on 30 September 2003. Denmark also signed the Smuggling<br />

Protocol on 12 December 2000, although it has not yet ratified this Protocol.<br />
