* UN Convention Against Transnational Organized Crime and its Smuggling and Trafficking Protocols:
Denmark signed the UN Convention Against Transnational Organized Crime on 12 December 2000, but
as yet, and ratified the Convention on 30 September 2003. It signed the Trafficking Protocol on
12 December 2000, and ratified the Protocol on 30 September 2003. Denmark also signed the Smuggling
Protocol on 12 December 2000, although it has not yet ratified this Protocol.
