3. The main provisions I
New strict short deadlines for the licensing procedure with regard
to RES have been imposed, so that the time period for granting a
license is to decrease from three years to under 12 months.
The number of the authorities involved in the licensing procedure
is being reduced from about 45 to under 11.
The power selling contracts’ contracts validity period is being extended to
20 years (12+8) according to the RES producers discretion.
The priority given to RES is for the first time with no limit.
