V. BIOGRAPHIES<br />

Nikola Bitrak (1981) received B.Sc. in Engineering in 2005 from the<br />

Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University “Sts. Cyril and Methodius”,<br />

Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. Presently he is at the postgraduate study at<br />

the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, course Cost Effective and<br />

Environmental Friendly Energy Systems (CEFES -TEMPUS). He works as<br />

assistant at the Research Center for Energy, Informatics and Materials in<br />

Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts. His subjects of interest are<br />

RES Systems, Power Quality, Microgrids, GHG Emissions. (Research<br />

Mirko Todorovski (1972) received B.Sc, M.Sc and D.Sc degrees from<br />

University "Sv. Kiril i Metodij" in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia, in 1995,<br />

1998 and 2004, respectively. From 1997 to 2005 he was with the Research<br />

Center for Energy, Informatics and Materials of the Macedonian Academy<br />

of Arts and Sciences, Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. In 2006 he joined the<br />

Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Skopje, and presently he is a teaching<br />

assistant at the Department of Power Systems. His research interests are<br />

related to computer applications in power system analysis and planning.<br />

Natasa Markovska (1970) received her Diploma Engineer and MSc and<br />

PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering at Sts Cyril and Methodious<br />

University, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Skopje. At present she is<br />

scientific collaborator at the Research Center for Energy Informatics and<br />

Materials of the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts. Her main<br />

research interests are related to energy strategies, energy efficiency and<br />

renewable energy sources, as well as the environmental impacts of various<br />

energy technologies, including greenhouse gases emissions and climate<br />

change mitigation options. She is the Chair of the National Committee on<br />

Climate Change and National Focal Point of the Intergovernmental Panel<br />
