Estonia admits cancelled or non-cancelled stamps only as part of an organised philatelic exchange.<br />

Medicines<br />

Estonia admits only those medicines and vitamins authorised by the Records Office for Medicines<br />

and Pharmaceutical Products.<br />

Senders should determine import restrictions from Estonian authorities before posting:<br />

Dairy and fish products<br />

Fruit and vegetables<br />

Tobacco<br />

Weapons.<br />

Food products up to 5 kg<br />

May be imported without a certificate in parcels, except raw material of animal origin, thermally<br />

untreated food products of animal origin, food additives and admixtures.<br />

Special documentation<br />

Seeds and plants<br />

Seeds, plants and parts of plants require a Phytosanitary Certificate from the <strong>Australia</strong>n Quarantine<br />

and Inspection Service.<br />

Prohibitions<br />

In addition to items prohibited by Dangerous and Prohibited Goods & Packaging <strong>Post</strong> <strong>Guide</strong> and<br />

ECI and EPI-Parcels Regulations (see �5.8.2), Estonia prohibits:<br />
