3 Addressing<br />

All mail articles must include the words SOUTHERN AFRICA in the address.<br />

4 Delivery service for Parcels<br />

Swaziland does not have a delivery service for parcels. The addressee collects the parcel from a post<br />

office.<br />

Import restrictions<br />

Swaziland requires an import permit for many goods. Before posting any item, senders should<br />

confirm that the addressee has any necessary permit. Senders should determine import restrictions<br />

from Swaziland authorities before posting:<br />

Clothing, used<br />

Drugs<br />

Leeches<br />

Military uniforms and equipment<br />

Parasites and killers of insects<br />

Plants<br />

Rice<br />

Seeds<br />

Gifts<br />

Genuine gifts not exceeding 10 emalangeni in value and 5 kg in weight do not need an import permit.<br />

Special documentation<br />

Commercial goods require an invoice posted separately to the addressee.<br />

Prohibitions<br />

In addition to items prohibited by Dangerous and Prohibited Goods & Packaging <strong>Post</strong> <strong>Guide</strong> and<br />

ECI and EPI-Parcels Regulations (see �5.8.2), Swaziland prohibits:<br />
