ECI and EPI – Parcels do not deliver to a <strong>Post</strong> Office Box or <strong>Post</strong>e Restante (counter mail delivery).<br />
Turkish customs procedures may take between 48 and 96 hours for all ECI and EPI articles. All<br />
commercial and sample shipments must be addressed to a company or institution and not to a private<br />
individual. Merchandise articles for Turkish citizens will only be accepted for citizens with a tax<br />
number. Articles for non-Turkish citizens cannot be sent by ECI.<br />
All ECI articles require an invoice<br />
All ECI articles and EPI - Parcels, including personal gifts, require an invoice containing a full<br />
description of the goods. Invoices should be on a formal letterhead and labelled COMMERCIAL<br />
INVOICE or INVOICE ONLY. For articles of no commercial value, the documentation should state NO<br />
COMMERCIAL VALUE – VALUE DECLARED FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES ONLY. Never use the words<br />
PRO FORMA.<br />
