Import restrictions
Senders should determine import restrictions from Oman authorities before posting:

Firearms and firearm parts
Special documentation
Medicines
Leeches
Silkworms
Radio sets, transmitters and
receivers.
For all medicines, senders should enclose:
� full details of product names, quantities and dates of manufacture
� a copy of the purchase invoice certified by a competent medical authority
� the sender’s and addressee’s addresses and telephone numbers
� the product’s expiry or use-by date.
Prohibitions
In addition to items prohibited by Dangerous and Prohibited Goods & Packaging Post Guide and
ECI and EPI-Parcels Regulations (see �5.8.2), Oman prohibits:
Blade weapons
Currency, counterfeit
Daisies and parts of daisies Medicines unless accompanied
by a prescription
Pornography.
