Uruguay permits padded bags as the outer wrapping of articles only if securely sealed in the same<br />

way as for an Extra Cover article.<br />

Import restrictions<br />

Senders should determine import restrictions from Uruguay authorities before posting:<br />

Commercial goods require an inserted invoice with a duplicate copy posted separately to the<br />

addressee. Used clothing requires a Certificate of Disinfection.<br />

In addition to items prohibited by Dangerous and Prohibited Goods & Packaging <strong>Post</strong> <strong>Guide</strong> and<br />

ECI and EPI-Parcels Regulations (see �5.8.2), Uruguay prohibits:<br />
