and press [ENT]. The height of target is fixed to
0.0000 for the offset point.

The calculated point (TGT) is stored as a SS record.
Measurements to the first and second target (P1 and P2) are stored as comment
records (PT1 and PT2). The last record records the angle measurement to the ALT
