45. No member of the Cabinet, staff member of the Government Authority, or staff
member of the Ministry of Finance, or board member of the Agency or of a committee of
the Agency and no employee of the Agency or consultant to the Agency or respective
intimate family member shall participate in public-private partnership arrangement or a
company set up for that purpose directly or indirectly.
Bidder may file a claim for loss, etc
46. A bidder that claims to have suffered, or that may suffer, loss or injury due to a
breach of a duty imposed on the Government Authority by the law may seek review of
the Government Authority’s acts or failures to act in accordance with Public
Procurement Act, 2003.
