HOW ACQUIRED: Drafted with the 26th overall<br />

selection in the first round of the 2005 NFL<br />

Draft. Only third center taken in first round<br />

since 1993. First center drafted by <strong>Seahawks</strong><br />

since 1997. Highest center drafted in franchise<br />

history. Only second player drafted out of<br />

• Missed the first two games of 2009 season<br />

because of injury (quadriceps). Started the next<br />

Helped Madison Central to Class 5A state<br />

championship in 1999 and a perfect 15-0 record.<br />

Won Class 5A Super Heavy weight power-lifting<br />

championship of Mississippi both junior and<br />

senior year. Holds all state prep lift records.<br />
