<strong>Games</strong> Time Monitoring<br />
<strong>Games</strong> Time Monitoring was also a contributing factor in<br />
the streamlined conduct of the competitions. This centralised<br />
reporting and review body aimed at improving <strong>Games</strong> Time<br />
communication, coordination, and decision making, and to<br />
analyse <strong>Games</strong> Time trends.<br />
The chain of command during <strong>Games</strong> Time was a function<br />
of three monitoring bodies, which worked together to monitor<br />
important developments during <strong>Games</strong> and to escalate and<br />
resolve key issues. The three main bodies included:<br />
a. Venue Operation Centre<br />
b. <strong>Games</strong> Operation Centre<br />
c. <strong>Games</strong> Time Monitoring Group<br />
The <strong>Games</strong> Time Monitoring Group was introduced for<br />
the first time in the XIX <strong>Commonwealth</strong> <strong>Games</strong> 2010 Delhi<br />
to include key stakeholders and delivery partners in the<br />
decision-making processes.<br />
After 12 days of hectic sporting activity during which each<br />
athlete battled for honour and glory for his/her nation, the<br />
final medals tally nation-wise stood at:<br />
