mental illness. Legal and social advocacy for individuals with a psychiatric disability,<br />

detained at DC Jail or CTF and within 90 days of release. Legal assistance (ADA<br />

protection), transitional planning and application(s) assistance, case management, 6-<br />

month post-release aftercare and monitoring.<br />
