Fri 9am to 5:30, Sat by appt between 10am and 2pm. Referrals from DBH (Access
HelpLine) DDS. Walk-ins accepted if eligible for DBH services.

Outreach workers build relationships with DC’s homeless and connects homeless
individuals with services including phone services, transportation assistance, referrals,
