XX. MULTI-ETHNIC SERVICES<br />

Residents with limited or no-English proficiency who seek services from a DC<br />

government agency or an organization that receives federal funds can receive oral and<br />

written translation of important meetings and documents. Translation is provided in<br />

Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, French, and Amharic. Residents may be asked to<br />

provide advance notice of a need to translation services. Translation is provided at no<br />
