Representation of persons on parole or supervised released at administrative hearings<br />
before the U.S. Parole Commission including Probable Cause Hearings (in-person or<br />
videoconference) and Final Revocation Hearings. Attorneys also represent clients at<br />
USPC Reprimand Sanction Hearings which are conducted at various CSOSA offices.<br />
Attorneys file parole related civil actions in DC Superior Court and the US District<br />
Court for the District of Columbia in an effort to protect constitutional and statutory<br />
rights of clients. Attorneys offer advice, assistance, and advocacy for DC residents<br />
seeking help for parole related matters. Requests for assistance are accepted in-person,<br />
in writing, and/or by telephone.<br />
