Support groups for those with mental illness and their family free every Wednesday<br />
evening from 7pm to 8:30am and consumer groups including BRIDGES (Building<br />
Recovery and Individual Dreams and Goals through Education and Support) a selfhelp,<br />
consumer-facilitated group, advocacy and educational services including "In Our<br />
Own Voice" where consumers speak to community groups about their personal<br />
recovery experience as well as train the District's Crisis Intervention Police Officers.<br />
