o Detox: Inpatient/Outpatient detoxification programs combine medically<br />

supervised detoxification with education, individual, group and family therapy.<br />

Short inpatient stay utilized to stabilize each patient.<br />

o Dually Diagnosed: Inpatient 10-30 days depending on progress and insurance,<br />

2 week psycho-educational approach: case management, individual, group and<br />

family counseling.<br />

o Outpatient: For detoxed persons, or those who have completed the Partial Day<br />

Program, or the Seton House dually diagnosed program. Individualized<br />

treatment with varied options depending on need. NA/AA meetings (3x<br />

week/8weeks). Individual, group and family counseling; relapse and special<br />

needs counseling. Medicare, Medicaid and private pay.<br />

28-day, assessment, pre-treatment orientation and sanction center (not a detention<br />

facility). Participants must be eligible for community release and available to remain<br />

in the facility continuously for 28 days. Participants receive counseling, complete<br />

physical, psychological testing, and behavioral assessment. If needed, bed-to-bed<br />

transfer to a residential substance abuse treatment program, outpatient treatment<br />

program or supportive transitional living program. Dual diagnosis services available.<br />

Referrals accepted from PSA, CSOSA, and US Parole Commission. CSOSA referees<br />

must have at least 18 months remaining on supervised release. PSA referees must be<br />

approved by the Court. No private referrals.<br />
