Long-term residential program for mentally ill and homeless, unattached adults. 24<br />
hour supervision. Applicants must receive SSDI or SSI and be connected with a CSA.<br />
Eligible residents receive benefits through DBH.<br />

Transitional housing program for homeless families. Families reside in scattered site,<br />
2, 3, or 4 bedroom apartments in the Columbia Heights area. Required case<br />
management support includes: Goal setting, budget planning, academic tutoring<br />
(children), educational advocacy, employment assistance and job retention counseling.<br />
Eligibility: 18 yrs +, homeless, children under 17yrs, 3 yr maximum stay, must have<br />
income within HUD guidelines. Families required to save 30% of their income.<br />
Agency referrals and call-in accepted. Families need not be registered with the<br />
Virginia Williams Center to be considered.<br />

Madison Emergency shelter and transitional housing programs for women.<br />
Intake Monday and Thursday, 5pm to 6:30pm, first-come, 3 meals daily, case<br />
management, transportation to health appointments and job interviews.<br />
