If there is an error with the memory that stores the<br />

user parameter, this alarm will occur.<br />

Check and reset the recently-set parameter and<br />

back up the remaining parameter.<br />

If there is a parameter set-up out of the preset<br />

range, this alarm will occur.<br />

Reset the parameter with the values within the<br />

preset range.<br />

If the motor type or encoder type is incorrectly set,<br />

this alarm will occur.<br />

Set the encoder type (SEt-51), motor type (SEt-52),<br />

and motor capacity (SEt-53) properly.<br />

If there is a failure of the serial communication<br />

caused by noise or connecting cable failure, this<br />

alarm will occur.<br />

Check the connection status of the cable and<br />

connect it in a noise-free environment.<br />

If there is an error with the memory that stores<br />

parameter, this alarm will occur.<br />

If this alarm occurs too often, replace the servo<br />

drive with a new one.<br />

If the rated output of the servo drive is incorrectly<br />

set, this alarm will occur.<br />
