Function<br />

Shifts when the torque command is bigger than P control shift reference<br />

value (%).<br />

Shifts when the speed command is bigger than P control shift reference<br />

value (RPM).<br />

Shifts when the position error is bigger than P control shift reference<br />

(pulse).<br />

Please set the P control shift reference for a torque<br />

command at SEt-55. The setting range is 0 to 300%<br />

and the default value is 100.<br />

Please set the P control shift reference for a speed<br />

command at SEt-56. The setting range is 0 to 3000<br />

RPM and the default value is 100.<br />

Please set the P control shift reference for a<br />

position error at SEt-57. The setting range is 0 to<br />

10000 pulse and the default value is 100.<br />

The picture below shows the speed response when the speed<br />

regulator is changed from PI to P by torque command in the transient<br />

response status.<br />

In the transient status of acceleration area or deceleration area, if the<br />

torque command is bigger than the P/PI mode shift reference, the<br />

speed regulator will be P type and PI controller type in other areas.<br />

ATTENTION<br />

/P-CON signal will be shifted prior to P control shift switch<br />

and the reference set-up. In other words, regardless of the<br />

current motor status and the set-up of these values, the speed<br />

regulator will be P controller type if /P-CON signal is ON.<br />

To reduce the position completion time or overshoot of the<br />

speed response by using this function, P control shift switch<br />

and the reference should be set up properly. Please closely<br />

watch transient responses of speed, torque, and position for<br />

optimum set-up.<br />
