Future Trust Priorities<br />

The Trust has a number of ongoing<br />

priorities where performance is not as<br />

satisfactory as we would wish. We will<br />

continue to concentrate on these as<br />

part of our staff engagement strategy.<br />

For 20<strong>13</strong>, we intend to undertake<br />

further in-depth work towards<br />

improvements in these areas. There is<br />

clear evidence of the link between high<br />

quality patient care <strong>and</strong> organisational<br />

culture as demonstrated in the Francis<br />

report. We continue to align priorities<br />

agreed from our Patient Satisfaction<br />

surveys with Staff Satisfaction results<br />

at Trust <strong>and</strong> departmental level. A<br />

programme of work is being developed<br />

to monitor improvements from action<br />

plans within a year.<br />
