This command is used to edit the PLMN selector with Access Technology lis<strong>ts</strong> in the SIM card or active application in<br />

the UICC (GSM or USIM).<br />

Execute command writes an entry in the SIM/USIM list of preferred PLMNs, previously selected by the command<br />

+CPLS. If no list has been previously selected, the User controlled PLMN selector with Access Technology,<br />

EF PLMNwAcT, is the one accessed by default. If is given but is left out, entry is deleted. If is<br />

given but is left out, is put in the next free location. If only is given, the format of the<br />

in the read command is changed. The Access Technology selection parameters, ,<br />

and and are required when writing User controlled<br />

PLMN selector with Access Technology, EF PLMNwAcT , Operator controlled PLMN selector with Access Technology<br />

EF OPLMNwAcT and HPLMN selector with Access Technology EF HPLMNwAcT , see 3GPP TS 31.102 [59]. Refer<br />

subclause 9.2 for possible values.<br />

NOTE 1: MT can also update the User controlled PLMN selector with Access Technology, EF PLMNwAcT ,<br />

automatically when new networks are selected.<br />

NOTE 2: The Operator controlled PLMN selector with Access Technology EF OPLMNwAcT , can only be written if the<br />

write access condition in the SIM/USIM has been previously verified.<br />

Read command returns all used entries from the SIM/USIM list of preferred PLMNs, previously selected by the<br />

command +CPLS, with the Access Technologies for each PLMN in the list.<br />

Test command returns the whole index range supported by the SIM.<br />
