Troubleshooting and Maintenance<br />

3. Using a 9/64” Allen Wrench,<br />

remove the four Allen head<br />

screws (bottom side of motor<br />

bracket) securing AZ motor and<br />

remove Motor Assembly. Save<br />

hardware for future use.<br />

4. Insert replacement motor<br />

assembly into mounting bracket<br />

with cable harness towards AZ<br />

Pulley.<br />

5. Place AZ Belt around Az motor<br />

sprocket.<br />

6. Tension belt by pulling motor<br />

assembly away from AZ pulley.<br />

Secure motor to bracket using<br />

Loctite 222 and hardware<br />

removed in step 1.<br />

7. Re-connect Az Motor Harness to<br />

AZ Post Connector Panel and<br />

secure two retaining screws<br />

loosened in step 1.<br />
