Troubleshooting and Maintenance<br />
<strong>Series</strong> <strong>04</strong> <strong>Ku</strong>-<strong>Band</strong> <strong>TVRO</strong> <strong>Antenna</strong><br />
1. Using a 2mm Flat Blade<br />
Screwdriver, loosen two<br />
retaining screws on CL Motor<br />
harness and remove from AZ<br />
post.<br />
2. Using a 9/64” Allen Wrench,<br />
remove the four Allen Head<br />
screws securing Cross Level<br />
Motor to the C/L bracket. Save<br />
hardware for future use.<br />
3. Remove CL Motor from bracket.<br />
4. Install replacement Motor<br />
Assembly onto CL Motor Bracket<br />
and using the hardware removed<br />
in step 2. Tighten the four<br />
screws with Loctite 222.<br />
