8. Rotate <strong>Antenna</strong> (by hand) from<br />

CCW stop to CW stop while<br />

observing belt. Check to see the<br />

belt does not rub against motor<br />

mounting hardware and that the<br />

belt remains level with pulleys.<br />

**Failure of this step normally<br />

indicates improper sprocket<br />

placement on the Azimuth<br />

7.4.7. Replacing Azimuth Belt<br />

Tools Required:<br />

• 7/16” Wrench<br />

• 9/64” Allen Head Wrench<br />

• 5/32” Allen Head Wrench<br />

• Snips / Flush Cutters<br />

• 2 mm Flat Blade Screwdriver<br />

• Loctite 222 or equiv.<br />

NOTE: Unless otherwise indicated, all nuts and bolts should be<br />

assembled with Loctite 222 or its equivalent.<br />

1. Observe and verify Colored<br />

Coax heat shrink matches<br />

silkscreen on AZ Post Connector<br />

panel.<br />

2. Using a 7/16” Wrench, remove<br />

the four coax connectors.<br />
