Troubleshooting and Maintenance<br />
<strong>Series</strong> <strong>04</strong> <strong>Ku</strong>-<strong>Band</strong> <strong>TVRO</strong> <strong>Antenna</strong><br />
1. Using snips, cut tie wrap<br />
securing Pol Pot wires to Polang<br />
motor assembly.<br />
2. Disconnect Pol Pot IDC<br />
connector from motor<br />
termination PCB.<br />
3. Using a 3/32” Allen Wrench<br />
remove the two screws<br />
attaching Pol Pot bracket to feed<br />
bracket. Remove Pol Pot<br />
assembly. Save all hardware for<br />
future use.<br />
4. Using a 3/32” Allen Wrench<br />
remove setscrew securing<br />
sprocket to Potentiometer and<br />
remove sprocket.<br />
5. Using a ½” wrench remove nut<br />
and lock washer securing Pol Pot<br />
to bracket. Save all hardware for<br />
future use.<br />
