Troubleshooting and Maintenance<br />

<strong>Series</strong> <strong>04</strong> <strong>Ku</strong>-<strong>Band</strong> <strong>TVRO</strong> <strong>Antenna</strong><br />

1. Using a 5/32” Allen Wrench,<br />

remove the two Allen Head<br />

screws which are farthest from<br />

the reflector (top and bottom)<br />

to enable you to swivel the<br />

elevation motor forward Toward<br />

the reflector. Loosen the two<br />

forward screws.<br />

2. Using Snips, cut tie wrap(s)<br />

securing spare elevation belt to<br />

CL beam. Use caution as to not<br />

cut belt.<br />

3. Install replacement belt around<br />

the elevation driven sprocket<br />

and elevation motor sprocket.<br />

4. Swivel the elevation motor<br />

bracket to CL beam (away from<br />

the reflector) and re-install the<br />

two screws removed in step 1.<br />

Using Loctite 222 tighten all<br />

four screws removed/loosened<br />

in step 1.<br />
