Multi-level <strong>leadership</strong> from immediate supervision of the Head of School<br />
up to the Senior Executive group of the university is acknowledged.<br />

Integrated support through services that more actively engage <strong>student</strong>s<br />
in their own learning, particularly in their transition into the Higher<br />
Education environment.<br />

Systems<br />
Cross-functional systems support from multi-functional services across<br />
the university. This requires both <strong>for</strong>mal <strong>and</strong> in<strong>for</strong>mal opportunities <strong>for</strong><br />
representatives from all <strong>student</strong> <strong>and</strong> resource service providers<br />
to work collaboratively.<br />
VII. Environment<br />
Appropriate learning environments that are supportive of the <strong>student</strong><br />
learning experiences. This requires a collaborative approach in which<br />
the dem<strong>and</strong>s on, <strong>and</strong> needs of, all participants are recognised<br />
<strong>and</strong> addressed.<br />
VIII. Dissemination<br />
Opportunities to disseminate ideas to underpin collaboration through<br />
participative approaches to knowledge sharing as a fundamental value<br />
<strong>and</strong> principal that underpins the university approach to <strong>leadership</strong>.<br />
This includes developing opportunities <strong>for</strong> all parties to have their<br />
‘voice’ heard.<br />
