Dissemination<br />
of Project Outcomes<br />
Dissemination of the project outcomes <strong>and</strong> findings has included both internal<br />
<strong>and</strong> external dissemination across the higher education sector.<br />
1. Internal dissemination<br />
As was indicated in Section 3, given the Action Research approach adopted<br />
<strong>for</strong> this project, internal dissemination of the project outcomes has occurred<br />
on an ongoing basis through Plenary sessions operating as a Community<br />
of Practice <strong>and</strong> through communication on the website.<br />
In addition ARTs have disseminated in<strong>for</strong>mation on their particular projects at<br />
RMIT-wide, as well as College <strong>and</strong> School level <strong>Learning</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Teaching</strong> Forums,<br />
Expos <strong>and</strong> Seminars. ART members have addressed seminar sessions of Early<br />
Career Academics enrolled in the Graduate Certificate of Tertiary <strong>Teaching</strong><br />
<strong>and</strong> <strong>Learning</strong>.<br />
A website was established as a repository <strong>for</strong> all material developed during<br />
the project, <strong>and</strong> case studies of ART activities were published in the university<br />
On-line <strong>Learning</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Teaching</strong> magazine, Ed.<br />
The DVC(A) <strong>and</strong> Heads of School have disseminated in<strong>for</strong>mation about the<br />
project at Senior Executive meetings.<br />
2. External dissemination<br />
External dissemination has also been undertaken through:<br />
1. Presentation to the ALTC funded TRNexus project 2007.<br />
2. Presentation <strong>and</strong> Poster at the ALTC Leadership Program Meeting 2009.<br />
3. A paper has been accepted as a full peer-reviewed paper <strong>for</strong> presentation<br />
at the 2009 HERDSA Conference.<br />
4. A paper to be presented at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors<br />
at their annual technology conference COBRA in South Africa<br />
in September 2009.<br />
5. Presentation of a paper at the World Universities Forum, IIT Powai,<br />
India, 16-18 January 2009.<br />
6. A paper is under review <strong>for</strong> the Journal of the World Universities Forum.<br />
