4.4 Outcome Four: Resources to Implement<br />

the P.A.C.E.D Distributed Leadership<br />

Model to Enhance Student <strong>Learning</strong><br />

The Resources developed to implement the P.A.C.E.D Leadership model<br />

to build <strong>leadership</strong> capacity in <strong>student</strong> <strong>feedback</strong> differ from traditional<br />

professional development resources designed <strong>for</strong> <strong>for</strong>mal <strong>leadership</strong> training.<br />

This is a consequence of the Action Research process that underpinned this<br />

project in which <strong>leadership</strong> capacity in <strong>student</strong> <strong>feedback</strong> resulted from direct<br />

engagement of staff in activities <strong>and</strong> initiatives associated with the process<br />

of improving <strong>student</strong> <strong>feedback</strong>. These resources are presented in a companion<br />

Resource Portfolio.<br />
