2. Extension of the Action Research Approach to <strong>leadership</strong> capacity<br />
building across the university, <strong>for</strong> example through dissemination<br />
of ART experience <strong>and</strong> achievements in learning <strong>and</strong> teaching<br />
<strong>for</strong>ums in each College.<br />
3. A committment from all levels of <strong>leadership</strong> across RMIT that <strong>student</strong><br />
<strong>feedback</strong> only will be used to improve learning <strong>and</strong> teaching practice<br />
<strong>and</strong> not <strong>for</strong> the per<strong>for</strong>mance management of staff.<br />
4. Consideration of how <strong>student</strong>s (as stakeholders) may gain greater<br />
‘voice’ in a more <strong>for</strong>mative manner than the summative approach<br />
of end of Semester Course Experience Surveys. For example<br />
how Staff-Student Consultative Committees may be strengthened.<br />
5. Discussion with organisers of the RMIT Leadership Professional<br />
Development team in People <strong>and</strong> Culture to include sessions on the<br />
P.A.C.E.D Distributed Leadership Model.<br />
6. Extension of the Student Transition Program developed by PVC<br />
(Student Services) area to include academic transition issues.<br />
