Learning and Teaching Practice
4.2.2 Reflection on the Outcomes
Reflection on the outcome of the Change Management Strategy in improving
Student Feedback resulted in the identification of a number of planned
improvements for the future at various leadership levels:
I. Service providers plan to:
––
formalise an annual feedback and debriefing process
––
establish forums in which problems identified by academics can
be discussed with the aim of resolving issues through a partnership
approach.
II.
III.
A Service Level Agreement has been established that will result in a more
systematic approach that links central and distributed AV/IT providers
together with a maintenance plan for equipment
A change process in which service providers are in regular contact
with academic participants and leaders is regarded as a positive change
management strategy, although there is some concern that this may not
continue after the project as it has been difficult to develop academic
input into the design of teaching spaces.
