6 Press the relay firmly into place so that the back of the relay is snug against its
plugboard.

CAUTION
Do not exert excessive pressure on the relay. Pressure greater
than finger pressure could damage relay or plugboard.
7 Hold the relay in this position with one hand while putting on the knurled
retaining nuts. The nuts should be tightened only until they just touch the end of
the tube, but do not exert pressure against the relay.

DO NOT use the retaining nuts to pull the insulators and prongs
into engagement.
