This example shows a setting of 19 minutes and 59 seconds. A time set at 89
seconds would read 01:29.
11 Energize the timer and verify the elapsed time with an external timing device
from the instant energy is applied until the relay front contacts close.
The operational relay timing must be within ±0.1% of the time pre-selected by
the thumbwheel switches plus a maximum delay of 0.75 seconds.
If the timing is not within acceptable limits, remove and replace the relay.
Then perform the mechanical and electrical tests provided in Section 6,
Corrective Maintenance, on the malfunctioning relay.
12 For timers with a tamper evident color seal (see figure in Step 8), replace the
plastic seal. For relays with a tamper evident lead seal (P/N 35285-000-00),
replace switch cover, thumbnuts, seal, and crimp seal.
13 Verify the time setting.
