determine the inmate's health status if it exceedsa twenty-four (24) hour period. The specialmanagement meal will not exceed seven days.Medical will re-evaluate the inmate every 24hours until he or she is taken off the specialmanagement meals.If the special management meal is extendedbeyond 24 hours, it will be the OperationsCommander’s responsibility to verbally informthe kitchen to keep serving the meal and whento stop the meal.
