Trusties must not use any tobacco products(e.g., cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco).Trusties must not consume any alcoholicbeverage and/or any drugs of any kindunless issued by the Medical Staff prior todeparting the facility.Trusties must not associate with orapproach the general public.Trusties must show good work ethics andfollow all directions of the personnelsupervising the job task.Trusties must follow all rules and regulationslisted in the Inmate Handbook and on theTrusty Rules Form.Any trusty who violates any of these rules,regulations and guidelines will be removed fromtrusty status and any program(s) he or she maybe presently enrolled in, unless the program is acourt ordered program.Supervise According to Custody Status[FCAC 12.14] Most outside trusties have acustody status between four and eight. Withspecial approval from Classification, an inmatewith a custody status of three may be assignedto outside status.
