SYNTEC CNC application manualpitch error compesation:Step1:Close compesationfunction1. close pitch error compesation (parameter1301-1320 set to 0)2. find Home againStep 2:Step 3:Setup compesationparameterMeasure pitch error1. setup compesation interval ( parameter1301-1340)2. set positon where the origin is incompesation table (parameter 1341-1360)1. use origin to be the compesation datum point2. use block gage or laser measure the error valueof each compesation interval3. record the absolue value of each interval ( originerror is 0)Step 4:Step 5:Enter pitch errorcompesation valueMeasure the resultof compesation1. enter error to pitch error compesation table( parameter 8001-10000)2. mechanical coordinate positive , compesaton table50,51,52..3. mechanical coordinate negative , compesation table50,49,48.4. the error value of origin in compesation table is 01. start pitch error compesation function ( parameter1301-1320)2. find Home again3. measure the result of compesationPitch error compesation point for attention:1. one-way pitch error compesation ,before starting pitch error compesation ,need to finishbacklash compesation ,and make sure the backlash function can be active2. not to do backlash compesation when using optical ruler situation3. two-way compesation ususlly use in laser precision check ,we do not do backlash compesationwhen in two-way compesation situation ,close backlash compesation function (parameter1221-1223 set to 0)4. start two-way compesation ,if machine go through positive direction it will read poisitivedirection table,machine go through negative direction it will read negative direction table to dothe compesation5. the result of pitch error compesation ,is the same as the reapper of machine , therefore ,thesuccess of pitch error compesation is related with precision of machine fabricate and the correctsetup of servo123
